Hello!
I’m a research leader based in Toronto, with 8+ years of experience working on Chrome’s Developer Tools, Google Stadia’s game development & porting ecosystem, and Genesys’ Customer Experience product suite.
I graduated from the University of Waterloo’s Management Engineering program, where I was introduced to the UX field through well-timed HCI & Interface Design electives.
Every great product starts with a deep human truth. I specialize in uncovering the pain points that people often keep hidden and working with teams to turn those insights into strategic solutions. To me, product research isn’t just about data — it’s about making a tangible difference in people’s daily lives by solving the problems that matter most.
With this passion, an engineering education, and years of experience with mixed methods research, I embrace the challenges of navigating complex technology spaces and engage with highly specialized users.
Outside of work, I enjoy travelling to places with mountains, and getting my hands on clay, paint, my camera, and my dog (not all at the same time :)).
